CLARIFICATION Annex 2 - Project budget in the Applicant Guides for both large and small projects

In Annex 2 - Project Budget in the Applicant Guides for large and small projects, the budget lines 1.1. - Costs of staff assigned to the project and 1.2. - Costs of travel and subsistence allowances include the costs related to the staff involved in the management (administration) of the project. Expenses related to other personnel involved in the project will be included in Budget Heading 2 - Consulting and expertise costs, respectively in Budget Heading 3 - Specific costs.
