Project summary

Artists as agents of institutional exchange is the joint initiative of two institutions, one from Romania and one from Iceland, to create a collective platform with the purpose of better understanding and developing institutional mechanics with the help of artists.
The project had a number of joint activities adapted to the profile of the institutions involved: two peer to peer meetings and two artist residences.
The simplicity of the proposed format was disrupted by a unique concept: a platform for video streaming (videostream.ro) provided to the two artists in residence as a production instrument.
