“Over the two years, Hotspot.art’s main objective was to strengthen and promote a cohesive programme of contemporary arts and culture and audience development, on a local, national and international level. This objective continues the long-term strategy of the Paintbrush Factory Federation, focused on supporting, promoting and developing the creation and dissemination of culture, contributing to the professionalizing of the cultural sector and facilitating open access to culture.”
