The project implemented by the Zeppelin Association – Carol Factory Halls – has been promoted by Arts Council Norway, the Programme partners, as a good practice model in terms of both the thematic it approaches and the bilateral partnership with Stiftelsen Kulturhuset USF in Bergen, Norway.

Theatre Dialog Box was more than a sequence of joyful happenings, it was also an amalgam of experiences and constructive emotions. (…) We started with a handful of extraordinary youngsters, some of them with a disordered background, coming from disturbed families, students who had not been to a theatre play ever before, be it either ad-hoc or unconventional.

“Canine Manifest in the Moldavian Reading Room, a project dedicated entirely to children aged between 8 and 16, travelled to 10 Romanian cities in order to perform the theatre play The Confessions of a Dog, by Ioana Macarie and Mihaela Rădescu. Children also participated to civic education workshops about the relation between humans and dogs, (…) about tolerance, responsibility, empathy, civic participation, respect for nature and life.”

The performance in Oslo of the theatre play SAY IT NOW was a great opportunity for multicultural interaction. Discussions focused on the impact of such a project, with a close eye to the delicate theme that it touched upon, as well as on the impressions of the spectators and the show-makers.
