Artists as agents of institutional exchange is the joint initiative of two institutions, one from Romania and one from Iceland, to create a collective platform with the purpose of better understanding and developing institutional mechanics with the help of artists.

Dance is an art that is representative for the national cultural identity. In traditional dance shows to this date, various national dances have been presented only as isolated techniques, showcasing differences between cultures and peoples rather than similarities
