ERRATUM regarding Annex 4 – Partner statement of eligibility

Due to a material error within the call for large projects and the call for small projects, line a) and b) of Annex 4 – Partner statement of eligibility:

• The applicant and the project partners have the financial resources and the professional expertise required for the implementation of the project <project title> described in the application;
• The activities proposed in the application have not received in the last 5 years nor do they receive public financing from national or European funds (loans and grants);

is amended as follows:

• <name of the organization> has the financial resources and the professional expertise required for the implementation of the project <project title> described in the application;
• The activities of the <name of the organization> proposed in the application have not received in the last 5 years nor do they receive public financing from national or European funds (loans and grants);

Note: The Programme Operator accepts both forms of Annex 4 – Statement of eligibility. If the project partner has already filled in and signed the previous form of Annex 4, it is not necessary to modify it.
