Small projects

The Ministry of Culture, through the Project Management Unit, acts as Programme Operator for PA17/RO13 Promotion of diversity in culture and arts within European cultural heritage financed through the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2009 – 2014.

Due to a material error, within the call for small projects the list of eligible applicants has also included research institutions. However, these entities are NOT eligible within the present call for small projects.

Related to the previous clarification issued “The Applicant’s financial statements – statement of account approved for 2012 and the last balance sheet (copy), the documents must prove a POSITIVE result of operations (including 0)”, we mention the following: This issue will be taken into consideration within the financial and technical evaluation of the proposal, namely the Chapter III. Project feasibility of the evaluation grid, by awarding a lower score and it does not represent an eliminatory criterion during the period of verification of administrative compliance and eligibility.

The application dossier, line 11 referring to the Applicant’s financial statements – statement of account approved for 2012 and the last balance sheet (copy), the documents must prove a POSITIVE result of operations (including 0).

Due to a material error within the call for large projects and the call for small projects, line a) and b) of Annex 4 – Partner statement of eligibility: The applicant and the project partners have the financial resources and the professional expertise required for the implementation of the project described in the application; The activities proposed in the application have not received in the last 5 years nor do they receive public financing from national or European funds (loans and grants);

Due to a material error within Chapter 11.1. Verification of administrative compliance and eligibility from Applicant guide within the call for small projects, II. ELIGIBILITY, line 3:

In Annex 2 - Project Budget in the Applicant Guides for large and small projects, the budget lines 1.1. - Costs of staff assigned to the project and 1.2. - Costs of travel and subsistence allowances include the costs related to the staff involved in the management (administration) of the project.
