Ranked list of project proposals following the technical and financial evaluation done by the independent experts; List of rejected project proposals following the administrative and conformity evaluation
The Programme Operator has registered 214 projects, the total amount requested being over 30 million euro. In this context, the evaluation process was initiated and will be followed by the publication of the final list of projects approved for financing.
Related to the previous clarification issued “The Applicant’s financial statements – statement of account approved for 2012 and the last balance sheet (copy), the documents must prove a POSITIVE result of operations (including 0)”, we mention the following: This issue will be taken into consideration within the financial and technical evaluation of the proposal, namely the Chapter III. Project feasibility of the evaluation grid, by awarding a lower score and it does not represent an eliminatory criterion during the period of verification of administrative compliance and eligibility.

In Annex 2 - Project Budget in the Applicant Guides for large and small projects, the budget lines 1.1. - Costs of staff assigned to the project and 1.2. - Costs of travel and subsistence allowances include the costs related to the staff involved in the management (administration) of the project.

The EEA Grants contribute, inter alia, to protecting cultural heritage and revitalizing cultural heritage and to promoting cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, fostering minority cultures and cultural exchange by providing more than €200 million support in 16 beneficiary countries. In Romania a total of € 20,8 million is provided for support in this area. The budget of the present call for proposals is of € 6,327,957.
