ERRATUM regarding Chapter 6.1 Eligible applicants - Applicant Guide for small projects

Due to a material error, within the call for small projects the list of eligible applicants has also included research institutions. However, these entities are NOT eligible within the present call for small projects.

Also, referring to natural persons from Romania and the Donor States, these entities must be registered as sole traders or self-employed persons in order to be eligible for financing within the present call for small projects. 

In view of all the above, Chapter 6.1 Eligible applicants within the Applicant Guide for small projects is amended as follows:

For both Programme outcomes, the eligible applicants are:

• Public entities:
  • cultural institutions,

• higher education institutions;
• Non-governmental organizations active in cultural field;
• Natural persons* with legal residence in Romania or Donor States are eligible applicants:
  • Creators and performers;
  • Experts in cultural field;
  • Higher education students.

*Natural persons from Romania and from the Donor States must be registered sole traders or self-employed persons
